Selecting Helper

Choosing and Interviewing a Domestic Helper

When you interview a domestic helper, you can introduce your home situation to them, such as whether they have a separate room or need to share a room with other family members, and the care needs of elderly persons, infants, or pets, etc., so that they have a clear understanding of the future job content and avoid them having unrealistic expectations that may lead to early resignation.

You need to be mentally prepared. In order to get the job, they may talk convincingly during the interview and claim that they can do everything, but in reality, they may not meet your expectations. Therefore, in addition to asking some basic questions, it's also important to find a helper who you connect with and have good chemistry with. Don't believe everything they say, and finding a good match is like buying a lottery ticket on a good day.
